Salvia divinorum and Maine Law
It is important to remember that by Maine Law Salvia divinorum in any form is only able to be sold to or possessed by people who are at least 18 years old. It is illegal for minors to possess this plant. I will strictly enforce this by asking for an ID from anyone who purchases my plants.
